I am hitting Gym after a gap of nearly 5 -6 years. I intend to put up my workout routine, useful tips, reference material in this post.
1 week :
treadmill - 15 mins
elliptical trainer - 5 mins clockwise + 5 mins anticlockwise
waist rotation -standing - 20 X 4 sets ( clock wise and anticlockwise) 20-30 secs gap b/w workouts
waist rotation - sitting - 20X4sets (closkwise and anti clockwise) 20-30 secs gap b/w workouts
dumbell side rise 10X2
dumbell front rise 10X2
dumbell curl 10X2
dumbell hammer press 10X2
